Braised Lamb Shoulder w/ Herb Crust @ Gary Danko. Seared Foie Gras w/Pineapple Confit- brandy, vanilla black pepper reduction: Lorena's. Herb crusted broiled Halibut at Bay Ave.

My current drink of choice:

Tito's Vodka, seltzer, honey, a spalsh of apple juice and a lime wedge - try it.

I really wish I could:

live in Mendocino to run this wonderful ride out
