Braised Lamb Shoulder w/ Herb Crust @ Restaurant Gary Danko. Seared Foie Gras w/Pineapple Confit with a brandy, vanilla/cracked Black Pepper Reduction: Lorena's.

Tito's Vodka, seltzer, honey, a spalsh of apple juice and a lime wedge - try it.
