Do you "Comp-shop"? (esp at Whole Foods)
They may have thought you were from another retailers. Most retailers ty to beat eachother on price and the only way to know the prices is to "comp shop". That way you staycompeditie. I have been asked to leave in the past also.
Here is the trick. Call your own voicemail and start rattling off prices. If someone gives you a funny look (they sometimes do) just smile and keep on truckin. You may even want to drop a "Did you get that?" as if you are speaking to your partner or something. Its a little cloak and dagger but it works.
Sams club or Costco would be a wiser bet of you have 100 people to feed.

Danish cheese. Whats good, Whats bad? Is it worth it or, should I stick with what I know?

I was suckerd in and got them with a coupon from Walgreens. The rasberry ones are the bomb diggady and I am a sucker for mint everything. Don't think they will last due to the $. Good way to kick upsales. The packaing is great. First bite is with the eyes.
Red Robin Burgers
I love the Royal RR burger. It has an egg on it and is never dry. Unless you know the place well I would never get a burger with any pink. I do not know of any places that grind burgers on site. Remeber the movie fast food nation?
Sweet Hummus?
I just saw an advertisement for cranberry and fig hummus. I am dying to try it. Has anyone tried it? If so I want to know if the sweet works with the hummus base. I can’t believe that I have never thought of sweet flavors in humus before. Also any idea what chain carries it?

Where can I buy pre made sofrito?
When I was in PR on vacation i say a pre made fresh sofrito for sale in the stores. I would think if it was not good that Puerto Rican's would not purcase it. Can not remember the brand.
No name brands (store brands)
Are store brands cheap all around? Some stores claim that the "house" brand is just as good in quality but cheaper. Others say that the house brand is better that the national brands. It is very frustrating that they are not consistent. Who had strong house brands? Wal-mart is all over the place and seems just plain cheap. Costco Kirkland brands on the other hand kick butt. Many item i can return if they stick but food items are a different story. Should i stay clear of house brands altogether? Who's are the best? Whos just plain stink?
