Just returned from my 22nd visit to the St. George's Club, and must say that after reading your review you brought so many good memories from our visit last week.
You are so spot on on when you say-
"For dinner, I wouldn't miss Blackbeard's Hideaway in St. George's, near Fort St. Catherine. Go in time for the sunset. WHY? Because it has the most beautiful views of the ocean and the fort. And because this may be the best place on the island to watch the sunset. And because you won't have a big 'ole honking cruise ship spoiling the view. And because they make an awesome Dark 'n Stormy (local favorite drink). And because the service is friendly, but professional."
Had lunch there twice last week, always a great time, and and you are right... you can't beat the snorkeling and the sunset.
