What I wish I could find on Cape Cod

Re: Peal, wellfleet harbor,
We had dinner there last sunday night, food was great but the noise level was so bad, it really made the meal less enjoyable. I don't know what they can do to fix the problem. Will try again because of the quality food was excellent they put a different spin on old favorites.

Bridal Shower Brunch/Tea in Metro West

Westford Regency does a very good brunch. I believe the price range $20-22 p.p., The last time I had brunch (before the holidays) We had 11 people with us and they gave us a small private room off there main dinning room. The food was typical brunch with a carving station. Lots of selection. I thought the dessert station was lame (but I am not a dessert person.) They had a chocolate fountain, all there desserts (cakes and pies) were frozen .

Dinner for large party in Orleans or Chatham?

I would look into Winslow Taven in Wellfleet. I was there in August with a group of the same size and we had a private room(we didn't ask for it). They did a great job the food and good and the wait staff made us feel welcome. We call for reservation the day of and they are just wonderful. I would check to see if they are open (I believe they are)

P-town: the OK, the bad, and the ugly

P-tow I always enjoy the Mew"s they have a casual menu at the bar area. Downstairs you are at the beach level and there food has always been wonderful. Napie's (not sure of the spelling) and there is parking is very good. Napie's and the Mew's are open year around which is a very good sign .

Has any one been to Massimio's Restaurant in the North End? I Would like to hear about someone else experience. Been there last night and let just say I will not be going back. I would like to know if it was just a off night ? The wait staff are very stiff not friendly - We felt very rushed and the food was just bad. The pasta under cooked - Swordfish special very thin cut and just not good. I could go on about it but I would like another opion

Chatham/Orleans recs for 8 people?

I believe you mean Maloney's in Orleans there is no McAllister's (unless it happened this winter) there is the Academy Ocean Grill which is very good and good for a small group. Abba is great put very pricey$$$$$. I find the Ho just plain fun. I agree with
Captain Cass (just bad ) I would not go the Lobster Pot (tourist trap)

Cape Cod: Orleands, Eastham, Wellfleet

Arnolds is closed for the season. I would go to the Academy Ocean Grill in Orleans for a nice dinner, Joe's Beach Bar in Orleans is very good. The "Ho" Land Ho in orleans center in great for lunch. I agree the Friendly Fisherman have great lobster rolls. In Wellflet Moby's Dick's is still open and it is very good. (B.Y.O.B). Russ and Marie's restaurant for ribs and they have great seafood.

Just got back from Provincetown

I second or maybe third Moby Dick is great. The owners are always there and the line does move quickly. Sometimes they send samples of there food out to the line. There is a new place down the street Russ and Marie great place for kids. The food is wonderful he (Russ) is the chef at one time was the chef at the Bookstore (many, many years ago). Just give it a try

Just been to the ninety nine restaurant to pick up a to go menu, when looking at it I noticed on the cover they will be adding a 3% packaging charge. I find this crazy. e-mail the 99 and they e-mail back they do charge in some of there restaurant. I would like chowhound opions.
