Best sushi in Hong Kong?

Have tried a few so far and the stand out has to be Sushi Kuu on Wellington St. Anybody here have any other recommendations for a similar standard, quality and price?

HK - What do you think of these restaurants?

Had a very nice meal in Olive last week and would highly recommend it. Another similar restaurant quite close is babek. They have some great kebabs there, and as well as ordering off the menu, they also offer a $250 a head 'Babek Dining Experience' where you have several courses of 'tasters' - and you can ask for unlimited 'refills' of any course! Great value for money. http://www.babek.hk

The Pawn is the other side of the coin. Decent food for GROSSLY inflated prices. It's a shame, because they really have done an impeccable job with the interior decor and exterior of the building. But I simply cannot stomach paying the $180 they charge for gastro-pub food like fish and chips - no matter how good it is! Still, it's quite an experience so that shouldn't put you off going.

Restaurant suggestions in Shek O, Hong Kong?

For some of the best and most authentic (not to mention cheap!) Thai food in Hong Kong you need look no further than Shek O Thai! It's the first restaurant on your right as you come into Shek O - right opposite the roundabout. The food is exceptional value for money and quite often you can ask for something that isn't on the menu and they will cook it for you. It's not much to look at, but certainly worth a visit!
