Best Tasting Menu In Vegas
Looking for suggestions for other tasting menus beyond the ones listed here... will be in Las Vegas in April.
Have been reading a lot about é and am very tempted, but would appreciate any other ideas.
We're pretty much open to any cuisine and while I wouldn't say that money is no option, we are willing to splurge if it's worth it.

Thanks everyone! I found myself completely out of beans AND at Safeway last night, so I grabbed a pound of Big Mountain Espresso π. Despite not knowing how old it may be, I am really enjoying it as I made my first batch this morning. Now I all need to do is remember to seek out some even fresher ones between now and next week.

That was our experience as well with BBQ on the Bow a few years ago. I kept joking that it wasn't the same without TV narrators to keep it interesting.

I've never been to a restaurant supply store, but really wouldn't mind checking one out. Are there any that are open to the public in town that you'd recommend?
I'm not looking for anything in particular (although I imagine I'll see a million things I'll want). I'm just curious and would like to go browse some time.

Ranking In-N-Out with Burger Inn, Peters', Wendy's and other "random diners" is not a great comparison in my opinion. That being said, I will check out Rodeo Burger the next time I'm in Edmonton for sure... it sounds good!
