Can Goya Bitter Orange Marinade sub for "sour orange juice"...

In Texas, El Mexicano naranja agria, using "sour orange juice from concentrate," is available from Terry's Supermarkets. The Goya brand, as described, is essentially the erzats version you can prepare by yourself. The best approximation is a combination of grapefruit and lime juices.

Diners, Drive-ins, Dives, and Disgusting

My problem with shows similar to DD&D; particularly those with visiting FN cooks (ie. Rachael, etc.) that visit "great" restaurants is the extent to which a commercial operation (FN) is paid to advertise those "great" restaurants. I am not questioning the quality of the food-I haven't eaten in many-but am queasy as to how much of the show is paid advertising.

What makes good Cochinita Pibil?

The true key is to use suckling pig! Both the tenderness and distinct flavor make the difference. If ever in Mexico City, the finest CP is at Circulo del Sur Este
