Overhaul of Union Bar and Grill
I was also a little bummed about the menu changes. No more chorizo & corn risotto - my favorite dish by far. I agree the place needed to be updated some what. bartenders have attitudes and service isn't what it once was but to remove the risotto - i don't think i'll be back.
Client dinner in Burlington/Billerica area
Parson's Table closed a few weeks ago. There is a new restaurant there now, not sure of the name though.
Client dinner in Burlington/Billerica area
Other nice restaurants in Burlington that would be suitable for a business dinner would be Capital Grill, Summer Winter or Cafe Escadrille.

Favorite/Best Pizza in Bedford/Billerica/Burlington Area
I love Villa Franca. Pizza is fantastic as is their calzones. Have only had 1 dish - chicken & broccoli, ziti in alfredo and it was very good for a take out dish. I thought they were expanding into the old flower shop that is next door to their existing location. I had heard that Pongal is opening an additional restaurant where Blockbuster or the Fish House was.
Five Guys Burgers coming to Station Landing in Medford
Really? Love the fries there. made from real potatoes and always hot!! IMO too many is a good problem to have.
Bar at Union
Wanted to say something but at that point, just so turned off I didn't even want to bother. Had the waiter a million times before and disliked him every time.
Bar at Union
Glad they kept the risotto on the menu - I love that. Went with friends last week. One of them was pregnant and the waiter brought over a mock martini for her without her asking (she had been drinking club soda). We thought how nice until we saw the bill and he charged us for it. That I don't like but the food will keep me coming back.
Lasagna at Casa Razdora
I believe Wednesday is Eggplant Parmigiana day - DELICIOUS. Great italian food. Had an italian sub there last week and it was the best I've had around.
Fun place for college student in Easton, MA (Stonehill College)?
Owen O'Leary's - decent pub food good place for drinks. Maybe get a bunch of gift certificates for take out places - that would be nice to have as a freshman!
Potato skins in Cambridge and/or Boston?
A good potato skin is hard to find. I LOVE the skins at the Sailloft!! Can't get enough of them.
Since Locke-Ober no longer does lunch...need a substitute
Sel de la Terre is always good for a client lunch
Lunch in the financial district ....as bad as the markets performance...
Hererra's burrito cart is great. Also love Chacarero & Al's. Hot Tomatoes is pretty good but pricey.

Where to get Dogfish Head 120 Min IPA in Boston?
You may want to call Federal Wine & Spirits, 29 State Street. They were selling Dogfish Head but not sure if its the 120.

Good Eats before a Celtics Game
You probably won't have time to eat at the Fours. This place can get very crowded and at that time will have a good 45-60 min wait. Porters is nearby, food is decent and rarely has a wait.
Best restaurants in Lower Cape
I spend a lot of my summer/fall weekends in Eastham and want to venture from my usual spots. Any suggestions? A friend of mine has recommended Buca in Harwich - any thoughts on that?
Banq, anyone been lately
Trying to plan a bachelorette party for 6 people and was thinking of Banq for dinner. I haven't been in about a year but really enjoyed it everytime I dined there. Has anyone been lately? Is there a better choice for a fun dinner?
Thanks.
Villa Francesca, Someone Must Like It!
I love the Lobster Raviolis as well - best i have had. I usually order an entree size portion for my dinner. I have never had a bad meal here but for some reason not on my hit list.
Bachelorette Party Ft. Lauderdale
I'm from Boston and my friend is getting married in Ft. Lauderdale next Saturday night. I am looking for a trendy but good restaurant to have dinner with about 15 people. We are all in our 30's.
Please help!
Anniversary dinner at Tresca
Has anyone been to Tresca lately? I searched the boards but didn't see anything recent. What are the dishes not to be missed? Thanks.
Boneless Buffalo wings
Went to the Chickenbone near fenway this week. The boneless wings there are AMAZING... The chicken seemed really fresh, more like the kind you would make at home, than what most places try to pass off. Menu was expansive but only had the boneless. At least 10 different sauces were available.. I thought a little pricey but worth it.
has anyone been here?
Restaurant Week 2008
Has anyone went to Icarus for RW? I'm going next Tuesday and wanted to know if it was worth it or if i should just go another time off their regular menu.
Chacarero
I would have to agree. The classic chicken is to die for. Veggie is the same without meat and adds roasted red peppers. I've found that the line lately is not as bad as it once was... I hate to admit this but i usually hit it there twice a week!
