Best meal I ever ate:

Extended tasting menu at Alinea; I was an exuberant glutton, sinking further and further after each passing course into the "Rock Star" banquette chanelling Bono's presence...

My current drink of choice:

Chocolate-Mint Black Tea, from David's Tea. Label says, "more reliable than sex." I'd have to agree.

I really wish I could:

properly yield a cleaver; and figure out how to wrap dumplings well enough to evade the watchful scrutiny of my grandmother-in-law..)

My "Go-to" dinner party dish:

Freaking anything with squash in it...the CSA box is squash-infested....

My favorite comfort food:

Vietnamese Noodle Soup with rare eye of round beef-none other than the Pho Nam (+- some accents); chicken paprikas and mashed potatoes made by Nagymama
