I posted this twice. couldn't find the first post then found it. I find these Boards confusing,so if you see my question twice it's because I'm a knucklehead.

Wow!! Pumpkin Crack sound good,Love the Apeshit part. I'll have to make it and test it out on the neighbors.(My poor neighbors I'm always blowing their diets) If they love it it's a winner. lol

Another Dessert Contest

I have a reputation to keep.My work place does a dessert contest annually . I have such pressure to come up with something.I am little known for my baking around there and every year I'm expected to participate.
So...... here is the my dilemma. It's a taste test, people get a taste.About two bites of your great dessert in a paper cup.Ahhhhh..... what would you make if you people were going to take just a "taste"?
Any magical wonderful ideas??????? :0

Dessert Contest

If you were going to be in a Desert "tasting" Contest what would you make? They don't see your desert as a whole, you put bite size pieces in a little cup (about two bites) .What would your wonderful two bites be? Need ideas. :)

Oh My, maybe I should have worded it very small paper cup. That's pretty funny though! The cups measure 2in across and less than an inch and a half deep.I do love bakerella's presentation ideas. But what ever I make I have to make after work and then take them the next day with me to work. Thanks for your help.

At Work Dessert Contest!

I made them once,I was taking cake decorating classes and ended up with extra cake I can't remember why.I saw them on Bakerella and thought it would be a good way to use up extra cake.I took them to work and people loved them. But I agree too sweet. And kinda boring.
Taste like a ding dong to me .

At Work Dessert Contest!

Last year the top winner cut chocolate cake pieces put them in the cup topped them with a swirl of very high chocolate frosting stuck a cherry on top and a piece of a Hershey bar.Really cutesy.Too cutesy. And I thought boring. But what do I know.I cant seem to win this thing and I'm letting my Peep's down.I feed them great stuff all year and then I bomb at the contest.
