I'm broke and I don't care
I was going to go to the Garden Court at the Palace Hotel to celebrate my 40th. This site tuned me in to the Ritz Carlton in Half Moon Bay.
Thank You!
It was simply the best dining experience I've ever had. Any meal. It was perfect.

Tri Valley Brunch
I've been to, and enjoyed, Scott's buffet Sunday brunch in Walnut Creek. Pleasanton Hotel used to do a good one a number of years back, but it's not the same now. Nowhere near, actually.
Besides the two referenced above, is there any place to get a good Sunday Brunch Buffet in the Tri Valley/Walnut Creek zone? I know some straight up great breakfast places, but I'm looking to go Vegas on my belly and buffet is the only answer.
Price isn't really an issue. This is a rarity.
Thanks in advance for letting me know!
Breakfast - NOT Bouchon
I have nothing against Bouchon, having had a pretty nice breakfast there last year, but I'm looking for another elegant well thought out breakfast place that isn't a buffet. Staying at Bellagio, which just doesn't seem to have any good options except for their buffet.
I love Bellagio's buffet for breakfast, but I'll be eating there on my "fly-out" day. Pigging out day. I need someplace with exemplary food for breakfast that won't ground my back end onto a sofa. There is in fact life after breakfast, and I'd like to enjoy it.
Is Bouchon really the only original/interesting breakfast place in town?

Dallas Brunch - Thanksgiving
Has anyone here had a great Thanksgiving Brunch in Dallas? We are not really into Thanksgiving food, so we are looking for brunch focused food in addition to Turkey and stuffing. Ideally between Richardson and Arlington. $40 to $60 per person is kind of our range. Not interested in $20 chain restaurants.
Oxnard sports bar
I'm looking for a place to hang out and eat pub food and drink beer watching the Hall of Fame game Sunday night. Also would like to know a good casual bar/restaurant for Monday as well. In town two days. Ventura is close as well.
Thanks!
