Not long ago my brother and his wife took me to Captain K's seafood restaurant in Pasadena,MD. They both suggested I try the Land and Sea. It was fantastic! To my surprise the restaurant has changed hands and gone in a different direction. Anyone have a recipe that comes close to this?
