I ate Tuesday evening at Danji - 52nd btw 8th and 9th. AMAZING! Korean Tapas. It was beyond delicious. My friend and I were celebrating so asked them to create a menu, they gave us 5 courses and we each had 2 of the margaritas and 1 beer...the bill was 150 all in...

I am looking for NYC reccomendation for a small company holiday party. It's a fun group, mostly blue collar men who like Latin/Mexican or Italian. Last year it was El Parador Cafe in Midtown and it was well received. I thought Suenos or Agozar ... any other ideas?

We are looking to catch up with old friends this Saturday in NYC. We are looking for a cozy space where we wont be rushed. American or Italian are original ideas but we are open to anything. Great food is a must and I do not shy away from neighborhood restaurants.. Any ideas?
Kin Shop in West Village - just opened
I went last week with some Girlfriends and shared a good portion of the menu...duck salad as an app is delicious but very hot and can taint your palate for the rest of the meal...otherwise due to the open kitchen, I had to dryclean all of my clothes the next day! Just a heads up.

Venue for 10-12 person dinner?
'Lil Frankies is very accommodating and priced right. The food is fresh and I think as far as the casual italian places go, its one of the best! Their wood burning stove makes it very special.
Lobster purchased on Friday, eaten on Sunday?
I dont think you can keep them alive for 2 full days in an air tight environment (fridge). If you really want to buy them Friday you could cook them and then serve the meat cold on Sunday...thats the only solution I have...better though...order them to be delivered on Sunday!
