Hey Avida, I like the sounds of all that you mentioned, except for the fried,buttery or cheesey. Trying to eat healthy these days. I love garlic, ginger,spicy, as well as stews and casseroles. Thank you, for your input.

This recipe sounds oddly interesting. The question is though, based on say a pound of hamburger or however you do it, how much is some mint? I have a huge patch of mint near my garden. Its fresh, so how much do you use, and do you use fresh or dry mint?

recipe words and abbreviations

Iam sorta new to cooking with recipes and sometimes abbreviations and words I do not comprehend. I was thinking that on this site they could have a board dedicated to just this. Thus, I would'nt need to ask someone to explain what a word means or an abbreviation saving time and space.

What do you guys think of this idea? oh and I hope this is the right board to be posting this,, cheers.
