What is your favorite cheese splurge?
If you like Camembert, Brie, St. Andre's, try D'Affinois. This is the ultimate in xxx cream, even better than Exploreteur, with it's suggestion of truffle. Look for butter yellow, ultra-soft interior encased in a soft, delicately flavored rind.

Nabisco's Royal Lunch Milk Crackers have been discontinued
I, too, am very saddened by the discontinuation of RLMC. I've read, on this board, of many recipes for stuffing but they were the essential ingredient in a meat loaf I used to make. The recipe was from the Depression and used very few ingredients, but the milk crackers were what made the difference. While I've tried using substitutes, nothing works and it looks as if the recipe for the best meatloaf in the world (as I'd been told) is gone forever. The other thing is that some of my earliest memories are of my mother, back in the '40s and '50s, crumbling some of the crackers into a bowl, sprinkling on a little sugar, pouring some warm milk over, and my brother and I enjoying our treat. It's a shame the food manufactures insisting on supplying unhealthful foods containing high fructose corn syrup but can't find room on their shelves for this healthful food.
