Searching For Caviar Experiences In Toronto?
So I recently discovered that a friend of mine has never tried caviar before, and I feel obligated to fix that. However, I'm having trouble finding mention of good places downtown to relax a bit, eat caviar, and have a few drinks. Any suggestions? ._.
I'm open to just about anything at this point, as I've come up almost entirely empty-handed in my search. Any recommendations ranging from just solid canapes, to a full-blown caviar tasting menu would be hugely appreciated.

Late Night Eats, Saturday In Tulsa?
I'm arranging a post-event dinner on Saturday in Tulsa for a party of 20 or so people, but it looks like very few restaurants in Tulsa are open past 10 PM. I'd need something open at until about midnight - does such a thing even exist here?
My budget's about $20 a head, and the closer the restaurant is to the Convention Center over on 100 Civic Center the better. Please help! ;_; I checked out the two
extensive Tulsa guides already posted, but didn't find much beyond Texas Roadhouse.

Sunday Booking for 15, Under $20, Near MTCC?
I need to book a casual dinner for some event staff this Sunday night, within walking distance of the MTCC. I'm totally open-minded while the rest of the group ranges from "very" to "not", but we're looking for something a bit more exciting than the lame Lonestar or Eastside Mario's fare. We were going to go with Izakaya, but just found out today that it's now closed.
The group will be about 15 people, and expense specs means it's got to be under $20 a head not including alcohol. Is there anything interesting in the area that fits the bill?
