Chicken Breasts Stuffed with Prosciutto and Gruyère Cheese (Chicken Cordon Bleu)

This is absolutely delicious, crispy on the outside and very juicy on the inside.
I made a variation for an appetizer and used chicken cotelette one slice of prosciutto and reduced the cooking time to 30 min.
