Sycamore in Landsdowne?

I went last week and was hoping the restaurant would be good since most of Delco is lacking in decent BYOBs. We thoroughly enjoyed our experience. My husband and I each order an appetizer, entree and desert. The artisanal cheese plate was my favorite part of the meal. Along with the cheeses, it included cognac soaked raisins and honey, which was a delicious touch. Our server was knowledge about the cheeses they offered. My husband had the tomato fennel soup to start which we enjoyed. My steak was delicous and our deserts (molten chocolarte cake and blueberry crisp w/ strawberry ice cream) were phenomenal. I would recommend trying this place and supporting local business.

Dining near Upper Darby (Tower)

I don't think the Tower is in a neighborhood where you'd want to walk around after the show. I think your best bet is to have a pre show drink in University City.

Philadelphia - Best Buffalo Chicken Cheesesteak

THE WORKS! Their buffalo chicken cheesesteaks are so good. They have a few locations, including the Northeast and Springfiled, Delco.

Romantic in Philly

chloe is a small, romantic BYOB
Tequila's is not too dark but it is gorgeous and the Mexican food is very good

Group dinner in Philly area

How about trying Viggiano's in Conshohocken? It is Italian, delicious and not too expensive. There is a free parking lot across the street from there too. Also, the Fayette Street Grille in Conshohocken. It is price fix of $32 and BYOB with free parking nearby.

bachelorette party dinner

We are now thinking of doing BYOB in Center City. We are deciding between
La Fontana Della Citta, Brazino, or caffe casta diva. Any opinions on which is better? We are sticking to Italian or Mexixan since that's what most everyone likes. Any info would be great. Thanks!

bachelorette party dinner

Hi, I am looking for some suggestions for where to go for a bachelorette party dinner. There will be about 15 women in their thirties. We are looking for a fun, not too expensive place, maybe even a BYOB. We would need to be able to make reservations. Thanks in advance for your suggestions, I haven't been able to come up with too many ideas.

Place for a bridal shower??

Viggiano's in Conshohocken. It is not too far from Philly and very convenient to get to from many areas. I just had my shower there and cannot rave enough about it. The food and the service were excellent. Everyone thought it was delicous. The waitresses even carried my gifts to the car. The place is adorable and would be perfect for 16 guests. Our lunch was served family style, there was plenty of food and allowed everyone to talk as they passed the food around.
