Easy Samosa Recipe?
I'm need to make samosas for a vegan Indian, but am afraid of messing up the home-made dough. Is there a good substitute, something without eggs? Would phyllo dough work?

Came across this thread and was surprised that the "Julie/Julia Project" wasn't mentioned, seeing that it was recently made into the movie "Julie & Julia" with Meryl Streep.
It's a relatively old blog (2002-2003), with no photographs, but is an interesting read as Julie cooks her way through every recipe in "Mastering the Art of French Cooking" by Julia Child.

Looking for lunch between Harrisburg and Akron
Ok so my brother and I are driving to Akron, Ohio on Friday to attend the Hamburger Festival. We will be leaving Harrisburg around 10, and taking the PA Turnpike (I-76) most of the way.
My question is, where's a good diner for lunch along the way? I'm not interested in some chain restauraunt, I'm looking for the kind of place you'd see on "Feasting on Asphalt" or "Diners, Drive-ins, & Dives"...where you can get authentic Road Food.
