GOOD DESSERT in Beverly Hills
We are expecting our first baby in the spring and are finding out the gender in a couple of weeks. We really want to make it memorable, so we were thinking of going to a restaurant near the hospital (cedars) and having the dr. write down boy or girl so we can give it to the waiter. We were hoping for a place with great food and a large dessert menu so that if its a boy they could bring a dessert with blue and if its a girl it could be pink. Options? Suggestions? THANKS!!
Best Palm Springs Restaurant for Anniversary!
We are travelling to Palm Springs this weekend to celebrate our 3rd anniversary and would like some recommendations on where to have our "anniversary dinner." We don't want to break the bank but we are looking for a nice meal with a great atmosphere. We will be staying at the Miramonte Resort in Indian Wells - so if there is anything near that resort that is good, we would love recs. Otherwise, we can definitely drive into the city. I am looking for a venue for my husband's surprise birthday party in San Diego. I am from the LA area and am unfamiliar with places that would be able to accommodate our party. There will be about 30-50 guests and we would prefer oceanview - a restaurant or hotel with a view and (fingers crossed) a place that wouldn’t have a large food a bev minimum. Suggestions?
