Waterplace Park in Providence RI - need recommendations
It's a touch farther down, but Gracie's is a nice place too. The food and servers are both wonderful.
Holiday Party-Cape, Boston, Providence
Try Gracie's in Providence, they have a great private dining room.
Providence- Please help me decide
Gracie's, although fine dining is phenomonal. The just started back up with their theatre menu, which is a 3 course, fixed price menu for 40 dollars. there's a whole menu of options for each course, and they do have one of the best, and most unique wine lists I've ever seen.
Providence Butchers?
I am an ambitious culinary student, who likes to experiment at home. I am getting sick of buying product online, or waiting for work to get what I need in and trying to snag it from them.
I am looking for a butcher who would have veal bones, duck livers, duck bones, etc... , either frozen or fresh
Any suggestions? I was hoping for something relatively easy to find.
Birthday dinner in Bristol or Providence: Cafe Central or Pot au Feu
Actually, for special occasions, I've found Gracie's to be the best. They'll take extra special care of you. Ask for the Wine Room!
Providence Restaurant Week 2008
I don't know why your server didn't tell you, but Gracie's does a Theatre Menu starting in the fall, to coincide with the Trinity Rep season. It's 40dollars, three courses. It makes my favorite restaurant MUCH more accessible. That and the wine flight wednesdays are always fun! 10 dollars for a taste of 3 wines, plus three little treats to match your wine! It's sooo much fun.
