How do you clean a pizza stone?
I get the no soap if it absorbs, but what's so bad about using water? (I say this because, well, I used water this morning to loosen a huge burnt up mass of cheese and sauce, though I did stay away from soap).

We love this place! The owner and his wife are really great. I love seeing all the baking equipment, the bread rising and being lifted into the ovens--so it's fun to visit as well.
Best online sources for dried beans?
I'd like to find a good place to buy a wide variety of dried beans online. I know whole foods has the bins but I think I've heard there are even more varieties out there--what's a good source for online beans? And not an expensive source--I love beans, but I also know they should not be an expensive food! Thanks!
