Laos style cuisine in the Northend?
Try as I might I'm unable to find anything farther north than Renton.
I'm hoping someone has a fantastic secret spot they are willing to share.
Ezell's Chicken-- Lake City Way (SEA)
The trick with Ezells is to get there right as the chicken is coming out of the fryer. Lunch, Dinner... Yes you'll have to suffer through the waiting in line and waiting in the post line line, but the chicken is comparably better than after its been sitting under a heat lamp for an hour.

A place to find good quality Dark Chocolate (used for confections) in Seattle?
I'm going to make some fantastic chocolate covered treats for the Holidays but I need to find a place where I can find good quality dark chocolate that I can melt and use to dip/coat/drown tasty items in.
I'm hoping there are some Seattle chowhounds that know of such a place, that isn't the $6/piece grocery store price, because I will need a fair amount. I will be making covered candied orange rind plus a first attempt at truffles.
