Winter Destinations

Hi Everyone,

My wife & I will be taking a trip to Quebec from Feb. 17-21 and we were looking to branch out from our usual dining options. Our favorite restaurants are Toast! in the Lower Town and Le Billig and Il Teatro on Rue St. Jean. We for some other options with an emphasis on casual dining in or around the old town. Any comments would be appreciated!

Going to the Grand Canyon of PA

Loved the Native Bagel! Very good restaurant that my wife & I both loved. You can tell they make their own soups, breads and sandwiches in-house. Everything was very well-done and tasted fantastic. I was thrilled that they offered Sunflower bread, which I can never find anywhere, on their menu. Great suggestion.

Going to the Grand Canyon of PA

Hi, my wife and I are planning to take a trip out to see the Grand Canyon of Pennsylvania this weekend. We'll be staying in Wellsboro and were interested in somewhere to eat in the area. Does anyone have any suggestions for a nice, casual dinner?

I've heard the Wellsboro Diner is a good lunch place. Is this true? Does anyone have any other suggestions? Thanks!

First timers

Hi! My wife and I are making the trip up to Quebec from Pittsburgh the week before Labor Day for a five night stay. We are looking for some guidance as to eating options:

We'd like to have one or two very nice dinners, three or so modest casual dinners, and some inexpensive lunch options.

We'll be staying at L'Hôtel du Vieux Québec at 1190 rue St-Jean. (Don't ask me what neighborhood that is in.) My wife doesn't care for seafood, so I'd like to either stay away from that or go to a restaurant that would offer my wife a good non-seafood option.

We'd like to eat somewhere that would offer a quintessential Quebec dining experience. Any thoughts?

Food in Kill Devil Hills

Hi everyone! My wife & I are going to Kill Devil Hills in the Outer Banks the first week of September and we were wondering if anyone had any food recommendations. I have a particular interest in North Carolina BBQ. We are also looking for a nice restaurant for our Anniversary dinner on Thursday.

Kiawah Island

Hey, my wife & I are headed to Kiawah Island for a week-long trip in two weeks. Can any one recommend any good restaurants for breakfast or dinner in the local (20-30 minute drive) area?
