Ok Chowers, need your help w/instant hot cocoa

I have to agree with beth1. The hot chocolate from Chuao Chocolatier is the best I've ever had. Plus, it has non fat dry milk so you can just add water. It comes in 12 oz. tins, but they travel well. Just be aware that there are actual chunks of chocolate, so if you leave the tin in the heat it will melt and then harden. They come in Spicy Maya, Winter (like gingerbread) and Abuela (traditional). I usually buy mine from Whole Foods, but I've seen them at Crate & Barrel, too, or on their website www.chuaochocolatier.com. I love this stinking hot chocolate so much that I've sprinkled it on hot popcorn and used it to make a chocolate sauce for ice cream. Simply divine... and all natural!
