The Perfect Baked Potato
I rub the outside with margerine (it's softer than butter) and sprinkle with Kosher salt. Bake @ 400 for 1 hr and 15 minutes. They always come out perfect. The butter and salt on the outside give them a terrific crust.
And no microwave, please!
