Dried mushroom powder
I pulverized dried mushrooms and tried to make crepes using the powder instead of regular flour. The taste was great but the consistency was not. Any ideas? Thanks.

I bought the All-Clad food mill that is supposed to come with a wiper blade. Mine didn't. Anybody knows where I can get a replacement? I've tried All-Clad's web page to no avail and Williams Sonoma customer service tells me I have to go to the store where I bought it but I am hundreds of miles from New York right now. how do I cook salted shrimp
I just got a plastic jar with must be hundreds of really tiny shrimp. It's labeled salted shrimp and they come from China. Anybody has ever cooked them? Thanks for your help.
