It's a long shot... specific restaurant in Rome
No, it is not La Gallina Bianca. It faces Via Cavour, and is right across from a pizza window/restaurant called "Roberto" something (I can see that in one of the photos I took). It was an Italian restaurant. It would be on the right hand side as you head north to Termini.
Thanks to everyone for trying! If anyone is in Rome anytime soon and can walk by there, I would appreciate it.
It's a long shot... specific restaurant in Rome
My family and I ate at a restaurant in Rome last week. The food was unremarkable, but the young waiter was VERY sweet and patient with my 81 year old MIL, and I wanted to send a thank you note to him, but of all the business cards and receipts I brought back, that restaurant is absent.
It is on Via Cavour, north, up near Temini and close to Via Amadeo. It must be around 50 to 54 Via Cavour because I bought a dress right across the street at 53 (a place called Saxon).
Short of calling the dress shop long distance, does anyone know the name of this restaurant? It has dull, yellow-ish awnings outside, and yellow-beige walls inside. They have some outside seating and when it is slow, as in all tourist-y places, the waiters hang outside trying to get patrons.
I would like very much to get the name and verify the address if possible.
Thanks!
