I have done tea at Upstairs for two years now: it's the best in town for sure! I brought my niece and nephews twice last year and they are already asking about it again. Their "kid's tea" is so yummy I think I'll order from the kid's menu this year, just the hot valrhona cocoa with peppermint and marshmallow alone are worth coming back for. And their gigantic Christma's tree and fireplaces are some other fun details.
