The food is great and really affordable...try the meatballs, pork medallions, sheep's milk ravioli and greek salad...remember to bring cash...

We have out-of-towners coming in for a wedding...need a nice, moderate $, quiet place to have a dinner with a large group (20)...need help!

The new space will take reservations...just there last night...new space is expected to open late August early Sept

Yes they are still serving at 79th...not sure where they are moving to exactly, but they will be taking credit cards...

Been to IL Buco lately?
The first time a went to IL Buco, about four years ago, the food was fabulous and I had an emotional moment over a piece of slow roasted pork and wilted escarole...I know the previous chef has left (Ed was his name?) but I tried it again just a few weeks ago and was so disappointed. The space is still great but the food was underwhelming...anyone have any thoughts? Should I give it another try? Whatever happened to Ed, where is he?
