Where can I buy Dutch Process Cocoa Powder????

I can confirm that Cost Plus World Market carries it as of December 2012. I just got it there today. They carry Droste cocoa, a Dutch brand. This is the one:, except it costs about $3.50, so it's much cheaper than Amazon.

Peach Melba Pie

This is one of the best pies I've ever made! I love how the raspberries add a bit of tang to the peaches. I made a couple modifications:

-- I made a vodka pie crust ( First time I'd ever tried it, and I would highly recommend it. It was the flakiest, crispiest crust I've ever made. (I added 1/4 C less water than the recipe call for... maybe it's humid around here.

-- I added less sugar and more lemon juice (1 tsp? Come on!) than the peach filling called for. It came out perfectly sweet-tart! I didn't have an issue with it being too soupy, as others reported. It firmed up nicely out of the oven.

-- I added a little cinnamon and nutmeg to the streusel. I made extra after seeing debchap's comment below, but I didn't end up needing it.

-- I cooked it for 50 minutes total. I really don't think peaches need to cook for over an hour. I imagine they would be mush as that point. I just put the peaches in the crust, added the streusel on top and baked.

Will totally make this again. Absolutely delicious.

@NanPad - Blueberries! They're plentiful and cheap right now, and it makes a delicious combo.

Hidden treasures in Central/Eastern NH?

Those sound great! I'll put them on my list. I'm not sure how much we'll venture into toward the lakes, but I'll keep Sam & Rosies in mind if we do!

Thanks so much!

Hidden treasures in Central/Eastern NH?

My boyfriend and I are going to be staying in Campton, NH (central/eastern NH). Anybody have any suggestions for restaurants in the vicinity that we should check out? I'd just like to have a few decent options for nights we don't feel like cooking. Any favorites?

(Campton is north of Laconia on the 93...
