SF trip - one lunch- no kids!

I have one afternoon and one lunch to spend with girlfriends in SF. My initial lunch spot ideas are Zuni, Boulevard or Slanted Door. Thoughts? Other recommendations?

Sending my parents for the 1st time......

My parents are finally making it down to my favorite city and although they are not adventurous eaters ( my 80 year old dad could eat broiled salmon every night) they do like good food ( they live in nyc)......thoughts in where to send them.....bayona? Commanders? Emerils? Brightsens? August? Herbsaint? They are not pork eaters or into raw or fried foods......

Help me decide between these three restaurants

Just got back from NO and Had a great meal at Peche. Sounds like the vibe and quality of food you are looking for.

One Uptown dinner

I have ( I think) narrowed it down to Clancys or Boucherie....I believe the one other dinner that weekend will be at Herbsaint.

2 meals a day

Coming into town with a group of friends to see the radiators reunion shows at tips....late nights which will probably turn into late wake ups. Have been to Nola numerous times....Planning on eating 2 meals a day ( with a snack if I'm lucky)....Friday/Saturday.
Early meals thinking about Elizabeth's, eat, casamentos, camelia grill, coops , atchafalaya, liuzzas by the track ( snacks could be sharing a Johnny's po boy or something from butcher)
Dinner I'm considering a few places I've never been....herbsaint, clancys, le petit grocery, peche.
Probably btwn 6-8 people at each meal.
Staying downtown but would come uptown for a meal.
