Daily Catch does have some outdoor dining space, but not really a coctail option. Sushi-Teq is actually very cool, especially on a beautiful night -- there are palm trees etc. It feels like Miami Beach and has a good crowd! Not sure if No Name restaurant offers outdoor dining options. I think that is on the waterfront too -- off Northern Ave.
