I've heard great things about these Elephant Bars but have never had the chance to check one out. For a 2 1/2 hour wait, they must be doing something right. :)

The one time I've been it was a good experience, but definitely a bit pricey. Are they still open though? I've seen a few of them have closed down...

Largo/Seminole/Pinellas Park Suggestions?
Is Grillmarks still there in Largo? I know when Nick Pappas owned that place the food was always good. But I haven't been back since he sold it.

I agree with your assessment of Guppy's. I think the food is way much better than the ambiance / decor.
