uses for kosher for passover mayo

i don't know the answer to your question, but trust me, it sucks. as for the catsup, although it ain't heinz 57 (my gold standard), the brand we bought this last passover (can't recall it offhand) was not that bad.

uses for kosher for passover mayo

i have some kosher for passover mayo that i'd love to get rid of in a way that does not involve throwing the whole thing in the garbage. any tips for dishes in which i can incorporate (read "just about totally disguise") some of it? lowfat recipes are preferred, even though i know i may have to make a lot of dishes to get rid of the 8-12 oz. of mayo i still have remaining.

Moosewood Cookbook

the soup recipes are really great. they generally call for too much water, but you can always cut some out or reduce. the other recipes are great, too. all might need to be doctored for your taste, but methinks that's par for the course w/recipes.

spicefully simple

i love indian and pakistani food, but in so many of the recipes there are too many spices, many of which i really have no other reason to have around. consequently, i've turned to spice mixes, which i find quite good and which don't require me to devote tons of shelf space to (for me) obscure spices such as mango powder. am i missing out by not cooking totally from scratch, or are spice mixes for indian and pakistani dishes generally not all that bad?
