Reviews for Wolf Duel Fuel DF304?
BUMP.
Seven months of questions, reviews, and comments and this is what I'm going with. A Vent-a-Hood exhaust will compliment the unit and I'm looking forward to using this in time for the holidays.

Been there several times.
A few cavits:
Busy nights are to be avoided although I have not been there since the SL review and I don't know what their weekday traffic is like.
If you BYO and you plan on eating tapas, make sure they give you an oversize table!
Preferable one that is stable although our first night there as they were clearing our appetizers, a full glass of water was spilled on my fiance'. Hence dinner was comped!
The menu seems inconsistent with quality. Some dishes fly, some........not so much, which leaves disagreeing with the SL review.
The noise level is ridiculous, but if that doesn't bother you it can be a fun room. Overall they just don't seem to handle a rush that well.

I'm considering this model to replace the the old Whirlpool stove we inherited with our house. Does anyone have experience with it?

Haven't seen any activity there at all for the last several months. I believe they've closed but there hasn't been any firm notice or even a "Space Available" sign on the door.
Viking Magnetic Induction stoves......looking for reviews.
I'm looking at the Viking VISC530 MI rangetop/convection oven. I've used portable MI units for years professionally, but I think this is a relatively new model for them and I'm looking for feedback.

Been back at least 7 times since they've opened. A lot of issues have been addressed especially where the quality of the food is concerned. Service is still a little slow, but the food is greatly improved and impressive if not flashy.
