Thai noodle salad w/ peanut sauce recipe?
With the warmer weather, I have been craving a noodle salad with a nice peanut dressing, lots of veggies, and tofu or chicken. I think it is hard to find sauces that don't get clumpy on the noodles...any great recipes?

Definitely DARK chocolate mousse! Try the recipe from Bouchon on Epicurious. I use scharfen berger 70% and it is always delicious!
