Best Chicken Parmigiana
I've now been to Fiorella's twice for the chicken parm. The first time I thought it was OK: too thick and the breading wasn't crisp, but the sauce was good. Tonight, I had the worst piece of chicken I can remember. It was tough and stringy--so bad that even cutting it across the grain into small pieces didn't help.
