Dried Beans-what to do?

They make a nice dark and stormy at PDT...hidden cocktail lounge in Crif Dogs in the East Village.
NYC for my bday - Need restaurant advice!
I would suggest going to Blue Fin in the W hotel in Times Square. It is mostly fish and the atmosphere is pretty hip for the Times Square area. I would definitely make a reservation now because on a Saturday before a show, I am almost certain it will be very crowded. If you don't mind eating later you can always go after the show which might be more relaxing because you will not have to rush off to the theater.

Land Northeast Thai - decent, but not great...good for UES
I must agree with Lau but with the dearth of good Thai on the island of Manhattan, I find this to a more than suitable option. Does not touch the food to be had in Queens. The $8 two course lunch is hard to beat.
