Do I tip for a cooking class?

Yes, we will be cooking multiple proteins and utilizing more expensive ingredients (locally raised organic meats, etc.). The price also includes a full meal with wine at the end of the class and we'll be sent home with left overs.

Do I tip for a cooking class?

My husband and I will be taking a cooking class put on by the chef/owner of a local restaurant. I have never been to a cooking class before and don't know if I should include a gratuity on top of the class fee. Assuming that is the case, what is an appropriate amount?

The class is $175 per couple and includes wine with the food we prepare.

Any guidance is appreciated.

One dinner in Spokane - Latah Bistro, Vin Rouge or Mizuna?

Mizuna is outstanding as is Latah Bistro (well worth the quick drive). Vin Rouge has great wine but the food disappoints.

Should I make Bobby Flay's sweet poatoes or ruth chris's

I've made the Bobby Flay recipe for the past few Thanksgivings. If I even joke about making another recipe my DH freaks out. Let me just say that it is one of the simplist and most delicious side dishes I have ever made. And yes, it will be on my table tomorrow night!

Sunday Night Dining in Spokane

Hands down, my recommendation is Mizuna. Great food, service & atmosphere. You can check out their menus at www.mizuna.com.

E. Washington restaurant on a farm?

I haven't been yet but plan on going this summer. I've read several glowing reviews in local (Eastern Washington) publications.

E. Washington restaurant on a farm?

You are thinking of the Lovitt Restaurant in Colville.
