Hello people,
I made rabbit stew and didn't have time to make my own stock for it, but I deceded to make rabbit stock today from the heart, liver kidney and the ribcage I didn't use in the stew yesterday. So, I've fired up the stock, but my question is how long will it last in the fridge after I make it today.
Also any stock making tips are welcome!

Hi guys. Yes, the dude in the van near Brixton Station is good, I actually had merguez craving today and ran there only to find it closed and to realise, that yes today is sunday.
I know a place in Kentish Town called Phonecia that has them but it's a bit of a trek.

I'm looking for a place where I can get fresh live crabs in London. I live I'm brixton and have not found any here or in borough. All I seem to find are crabs that are already cooked. Does anyone know where I can go and what the price range would be?

Moroccan Stall Brixton
Just found this little Moroccan stall/van in brixton next to the Hive, it does tagines, soups and sandwiches.
I had the Mergez sandwch for 3quid, filled me right, nice and spicey.
Anyone else come across this?

Also, tried out Olley's Fish and Chips near brockwell which was nice, for 6.50 you get fish, chips and mushy peas.

I'm usually pretty turned off by some of the meat in the Market, although I get my fish from Mash and Sons under the rail arches, does anyone know where I can get a good organic free range chicken in Brixton?

London - lobster roll

It's far from perfect, but Joe Allen in Covent Garden does as Lobster Roll, however their menu seems to rotate and sometimes it's a Crayfish Roll and is served with 'shoestring' potatoes.
It was a bit too small, and I wasn't too impressed. Food quality at Joe Allen varies, so, give it a go and let us know what your verdict is on it, maybe you'll have a better experience than I did with their roll.
