Best meal I ever ate:

My grandmother's fried fish, red snapper or speckled trout, skin on, and her fried chicken. I've got the fish down pretty well, I can't touch her chicken.

My current drink of choice:

I really like a good margaita, best is at Arturo's in Nuevo Progresso just across the border. Just lime juice, cazadores, and controy. Somehow the controy tastes better than actual cointreau.

I really wish I could:

Have enough time and money to fish and play golf. I can only be good at one, for now it's fishing.

Oysters anywhere, anyway, anytime.

Brennan's Houston, Carrabba's Original on Kirby (not the chain), Red Snapper Inn, Surfside, Galvan's Bbq, Richmond, El Tiempo on Washington
