I will be hosting a 40-person party and would like to have mexican food catered. Specifically looking for catered tacos - beef, chicken and veggies in platters with tortillas, etc.

There's a Great Burrito near me and I was considering approaching them, but I would love to take a recommendation from someone here.

Lucy's El Adobe (Los Angeles): Salad dressing recipe?

Has anyone figured out the salad dressing recipe from Lucy's El Adobe? If you've been there you know what I'm referring to. They only serve one salad, which accompanies all entrees. The house-made salad dressing is amazing and is something I have failed to replicate at home. It tastes like it could have butter, oil and herbs in it, but I really have no idea. Anyone out there with a tip?
