Hidden Gems in the Bronx

I went to a great pupusa stand on corner of 170th and grand concourse a couple days ago. A very friendly mother daughter team whips them up by hand.

Bronx Terminal Market AKA Bronx African Market--where are you?

Under the Maj Deegan Expy in the Bronx, this market used to be THE spot to find African products in the city. Now its under major construction (bought by developers for 40 million), but I have heard that some of the vendors are still there or have moved right near by. Does anyone know anything about this? Or can anyone recommend another market?

Moving to Sunset Park. . .

Do most banh mi places seem to be making their own bread on-site? Or does it seem like there is one whole sale bakery producing the bread for all of them?

Favorite Polish Bakery in Greenpoint/N. Williamsburg?

Does anyone have a favorite of the many Polish bakeries around Greenpoint and North Williamsburg? There are so many but I am not sure which ones are worth gong to. I am looking for a place that produces its own bread on site, if possible.

Fresh Injera?

Does anyone know of any bakeries that bake Ethiopian Injera? There was an article about it in the Times back in August, but it focused on one woman's household operation and didn't mention any retail or wholesale production sites.
