try some asian markets they have several types of leafy greens that you don't regularly see in most markets.

you can get them anywhere.. they just look like this in the market. they trim them down to save weight.

Where oh where to get canned or packaged poutine sauce (e.g. St. Hubert) in east end Toronto

there is nothing really special about the sauce its just a regular gravy mix, just get a can each of beef and chicken gravy and mix them together, add some fresh cracked black pepper to it to give it more of a bite.

Well its that time of year again and kosher coke seems to be available in the stores in the Bathurst area and there seems to be a pepsi version as well this year.

also if you check the camping sections of most sporting goods stores, canadian tire, look for mountain house freeze dried foods you may find packages of corn there as well.

You could also try Forest City Surplus in london ontario as well. they carry cans of survival foods as well. also note mountain house freeze dried veggies do not contain salt.
