Seafood extravaganza at RimRock Cafe in Whistler BC involving baked oysters with lox, gruyere and bechamel, grilled tuna and prawns with wasabi beurre blanc, chocolate raspberry souffle with fresh berries

Always a lime margarita with a salted rimmed glass
I really wish I could:
Open my own small vegetarian tapas cafe with attached bookstore, lots of candles, mini lights and amazing food and drinks
