Where to buy glasses in quantity in Los Angeles?
I think the place on the corner of Beverly and Fairfax is called Bargain Fair, I was just in there recently and was amazed at the quality for price. Can't be beat!
bridal brunch in O.C.
I am planning a Sunday Brunch for the morning after a wedding and need to find a place in the Newport Isle vicinity around P.C.H. and Newport Blvd. I'm not familiar with the area so any ideas out there would be appreciated. I expect between 10 and 25 people.
Cinnamon Buns
I was totally bummed to learn that Delores on Santa Monica Blvd. where one could find the absolute "to dye for" sticky cinnamon bun is no longer owned by the same family and those wonderfully sugary and luscious buns no longer exist. It's hard for me to face this fact and am wondering if anyone has experienced anything that even closely resembles anything like it. Perhaps the baker is plying his trade elsewhere and I don't know about it!?

Has anyone eaten at Electric Karma on 3rd Street near La Cienaga? I am looking for a good Indian restaurant for a group dinner.
Anyone been to a wedding at Traxx Restaurant?
Actually, my daughter was married there a year ago June. We had a sit down served dinner. The setting couldn't have been more beautiful. The food and service were also very good. There were certain things that needed to be worked out, like parking and restrooms, but all and all it was a great location for a wedding that wasn't the usual hotel banquet type place. Great ambiance! I would definitely recommend it.

Years ago there was a little Jamaican restaurant on Sepulveda Blvd. just south of Sherman Way. They had delicious jerk chicken and wonderful meat patties! Does anyone out there know of good Jamaican food or possibly even Caribbean food in the Valley?
