Impossible to say! Either in Paris (6 courses of heaven), Bruge (Curried Fresh Mussels), or most recently in a tiny hamlet in Austria (best pumpkin soup EVER and more. believe it or not!)
My current drink of choice:
Wine: A great Rhone, Beer: Weihenstephaner, Cocktail: Mojito
I really wish I could:
Afford MUCH more really fine dining.
My "Go-to" dinner party dish:
Either pork tenderloin w/ corriander chutney or Seared tuna with asian veggies and a vinegar-based sauce.
My favorite comfort food:
Any good clear broth soup.

Local: 1. Green Springs Bistro, 2. Six Tables, 3. Cafe Pont, 4. Mystic Fish, 5. Ceviche (in Tampa)
My most tattered cookbooks:
None. I have much more tattered delivery and carryout menus... Moosewood and Oriental Cooking are a little worn.
