I'm not a slob, so I don't tatter my cookbooks. However, I like Junior League Cookbooks, American Test Kitchen Cookbooks, Nick Stellino, Bombay Kitchen, Mark Bittman, Moosewood, Martin Yan and I have all Nigel Slater's cookbooks because I love how he writes about food.
